1. Is it possible for me to order food from a restaurant that is not in your restaurant list?
Yes. You can order from a restaurant that is not on our list. You will be charged our regular delivery charge.
2. How can I view my points?
You can view your total accumulated points
by clicking on "My Account".
3. What is the delivery charge?
Our regular delivery charge is $4.95. In some cases, this amount may increase depending on location.
4. Can I order from more than one restaurant?
Yes.
5. How late can I order?
We make our last delivery at 11 pm.

7. Can I place my order via fax?
Yes.
8. How much in advance can I place an order?
We accept food orders one day in advance.
9. Can I make a reservation to a restaurant?
Yes. Not only can you make a reservation but we will even give you a 5% dining discount.
10. Is it possible to order food to a different location other than what is specified in my account?
Yes. You can order to a different location but you MUST specify the new location otherwise your delivery will arrive at the location we have on file.
11. How long will it take for my food to arrive?
Our minimum time for delivery is 50 minutes. Delivery time will however vary depending on weather conditions
and the distance between the restaurant and delivery location.
12. How much in advance must a catering order be made?
48 hours in advance
13. Is it possible to make an order using Quikit and then pick up the food from the restaurant?
Yes, you can place your order using our system and then pick up your food from the restaurant. We will also give you a 10% discount and of course the delivery charge will be waived.
